For over a decade, I've been helping businesses—especially in financial services—cut through the noise with clear, consistent messaging that connects with the people who matter most to them across every touchpoint.
Over my 10+year span as a marketing professional, most of my experience is in Financial Services, though my career began in marketing for a women’s running apparel start-up in Chicago in the early days of social media marketing. My first role in financial services began as the Marketing Director for a scratch MassMutual agency (now GoldBook Financial) where I led all agency and advisor marketing efforts, including advisor marketing plan development, social media, and events. Most recently, I spent seven years as a Strategic Marketing Manager at Osaic, where I was involved in many aspects of corporate marketing, particularly omni-channel campaign development for recruiting and technology products. I was involved in the rebranding of Advisor Group into Osaic and implemented the firm’s first social media strategy. Here are a few of my most recent notable accomplishments:
Managed omni-channel marketing efforts for the pilot phases and rollouts of New eQuipt, the proprietary account maintenance platform, and OneHub, the new advisor portal.
Developed the new recruiting collateral suite for Osaic and established Osaic’s social media brand as part of the rebrand team.
From 2018 to 2022, I grew the Advisor Group social media following from 287,000 to 1.7 million organically, except for minimal spend social ad campaigns. Not a small feat for a non-consumer product brand.
My team was recognized in the following award categories for our omni-channel recruiting campaign marketing efforts:
2020 Annual Oracle Markie Awards Finalist for the Thinker Award for Best Innovation in CX (Marketing).
2022 Annual Oracle Markie Awards Finalist for the Visionary Award for Best Overall Digital or CX Program (Marketing)
Collaborated with Creative, Content, Events, Product, and Sales to pivot retention and acquisition strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic to provide business continuity support to financial professionals. Efforts resulted in a 346% increase in customer referrals YoY.
Implemented Hootsuite and Seismic.
Gradually grew from managing recruiting campaigns to those we’ve created on behalf of other internal teams or advantage companies, like Ladenburg.
Nominated for an EEG Visionaries Award by my peers - An Advisor Group Award recognizing those who are accountable and dependable team members.
A spotlight on volunteer work:
From 2016 - 2022 I served on the Fresh Start Women’s Foundation Auxiliary Board. Annually, my peers and I planned a fundraising event to raise money for this local organization, which I still attend each year. As the resident Marketing professional, I started the board’s Instagram account in 2018, which remains active. In 2020, I developed the concept, branding, and social media strategy for our virtual handbag raffle event, Handbags with Heart, which raised over $83,000 for Fresh Start. From 2018 - 2022 I lent my marketing expertise as the Marketing Chair (2018 & 2021) and the Shoe Guy Chair (2019). Each year, our Wine, Women & Shoes event sold out and raised $250,000 - $500,000. Each year following Handbags With Heart, the handbag raffle has remained a cherished part of the event.
